To manage your addresses, please log in to your account and go to the Edit Address option. However, please note that we are unable to guarantee the modification of an existing order's address, as orders are typically shipped on the same day they are placed. Nonetheless, we will do our best to assist you with any address change requests you may have.

If you need to make changes to your order, please reply to the confirmation email and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that due to our quick order processing, it is unlikely that we'll be able to modify your order if it has already been shipped on the same day it was placed. Nonetheless, we'll do our best to assist you in any way possible.

Upon placing an order with Card Mafia, you'll receive a unique Order ID number that serves as the internal identifier for your purchase. This number enables you to track the processing and shipping status of your order. We'll notify you via email once your order leaves our warehouse, and you can also monitor the status of your order by logging into your account.

If you select a trackable shipping option, such as UPS, DHL, or USPS Priority, you'll receive a tracking number from the carrier via email where applicable. However, please note that in some cases, a tracking number may only indicate that the package is "en route" and not provide specific location information. For instance, First Class Mail International does not offer location-specific tracking details beyond the USA.
